WIP: Sleeping Albino Fae

July 12th, 2008 by Linda Smith

Sometime back, I found a little white moth on the ceiling above my head. It became the inspiration for creating an albino fairy. As she was sculpted, I wanted to capture a peaceful slumbering fae, just as the moth seemed to be at peace in its new found resting place. She was then accented with feathering to mimic the same fuzziness that the little white moth wore. It’s amazing what one can find to be inspiring!

    Hi Linda,
Just beautiful! I’ve missed you so much from doll club. I didn’t know who to ask or not to ask how you were. We need to get together.
You just get better and better!
